Non-urgent advice: Here Are the Most Effective Ways to Request a Routine Appointment
Online: Fill out an online form called an 'econsult' Available Monday to Friday 8am to 6.30pm (except Bank Holidays)
Online: Use the NHS App or NHS Website or SystmOnline to book Blood Tests or B12 appointments and some vaccination appointments
Phone: Press '0' (zero) to book a vaccination if you have received an invite to book this way
If you need to call us, our Reception Team are waiting to greet you, either by phone or in person. They will signpost you to the most appropriate service for your need.

- At busy times, your call will join a queue. You will be offered a 'call back' if the queue is greater than 3 callers.
- If you are calling to Cancel or Check any appointment, you can do this by calling our number 01425 201111 and press 0 (zero). This automated service is available 7 days a week/24 hours a day. Or, of course, you can use the NHS App, NHS Website or SystmOnline to do this and much more!
- If you are unable to hold or use the call back service, you may find it more convenient to consult with us online.
