econsult is being switched off on 21st March 2025

From 6pm on Friday 21st March, econsult will be switched off for good. We are moving to a new triage system called 'Rapid Health'.

During this transition period between Monday 24th March and Friday 28th March; should you need an appointment, sick note or have an administrative query,  please call your surgery on 01425 201111.

There Are Three Ways to Get in Touch With Us Using Online Services

 

  1. Use an online form called 'Rapid Health' (commencing 31st March 2025) to consult with our health professionals about health concerns or to get a sick note

  2. Access online services such as the NHS App or the NHS website to order a prescription, cancel an appointment, get test results, change your personal details with us, as well as to 'self-manage' your health and view your medical record

  3. Fill out one of our online contact forms to join the surgery or to make a compliment or complaint
