All our sites have ground floor access and are wheelchair friendly.

Arnewood has a lift for access to the first floor.

Webb Peploe does not have automatic doors but the doors are wide enough for a wheelchair to pass through. If you need wheelchair access at Webb Peploe, we recommend you let us know ahead of your visit. We can then ensure access is made as easy as possible for you (including parking) and provide assistance if required.

NOTE: If you have a particular access need or requirement, please ask. We will do our utmost to accommodate you.

Induction Loop System:

We have a loop induction system at the reception desk to assist you if you have a hearing impairment

Partially Sighted Patients:

If you or family members are partially sighted, we can give you a large print of our practice leaflet. Please ask at reception

Guide Dogs:

Guide dogs are most welcome at our surgery. All we ask is to be aware of other patients and staff who may have an allergy or fear of dogs

Wheelchairs:

We have a wheelchair available at each site. Please ask at reception
