Visit the 'Walk In' Urgent Treatment Centre at Lymington Hospital - Open 365 days per year 8am to 9pm for minor conditions
Your call will be 'triaged' by our reception team. This means you will be asked a series of questions about your main symptoms. This helps us to decide what your 'need' is and how soon our 'Urgent Care Team' should contact you. Our receptionists are not being 'nosey'. They are doing what they have been asked to do by our team of health professionals, which includes the doctors.

Non-urgent advice: To Request a Home Visit
Please call 01425 201111 before 10am
Before a home visit, you will receive a phone call from one of our 'Urgent Care Team'. This could be from a health professional such as a Paramedic, an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, a Nurse Practitioner with Prescribing or a GP. During their phone call to you, they will decide on the next course of action. If a home visit is agreed, the person calling you will give you an approximate time for the visit.
Note: Visits are not always carried out by a GP

Please tell us if:
- There is a specific health professional you would prefer to be in contact with - Note: You may have to wait longer
- You would prefer to consult with the health professional by phone, face to face or video call
- You need to use a translation or interpretation service
- You have any access or communication needs
- You would like a chaperone
