Major National Phone Outage

Our phone provider has advised they are observing a recurrence of a National Outage issue affecting our ability to call phones connected to the EE network. We apologise for any inconvenience this may be causing you, if you are an EE user. This is out of our control and if you are expecting a call from us, we will contact you as soon as we are able.

Our Phone Provider issued the following statement:

Following the recent issue impacting outbound calls to mobile numbers, we are pleased to confirm that service has now been fully restored.

Overnight monitoring and customer retesting have shown stable and successful outbound call traffic. No further widespread issues have been reported, and the incident is now considered resolved.

 

UPDATE 25/07/25 @ 8am

Our phone services have now been restored and we have switched our Online 'Rapid Health' system back on. 

Our phone provider is monitoring the situation this morning.

We apologise for any inconvenience you may have experienced yesterday.

 

UPDATE 24/7/25 @ 4pm

Due to the National Phone Outage, and our inability to contact patients, we have switched off our Online 'Rapid Health' system for the rest of today. If you have an urgent matter that needs attention today, please contact your Reception Team at the Surgery you are registered to.
