f you are unable to use the NHS App, NHS Website, SystmOnline and My Medical Record to view your test results, you can use ‘Rapid Health’ instead. This service is open 6am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays).

To request your test results via Rapid Health:

1. Select and click the round button below which has the name of the surgery you are registered with

2. Select ‘Questions and Admin’ followed by ‘Test Results'

3. Complete and submit the form

Note: If you require 24/7 access to get your test results, you can use the NHS App, NHS Website or SystmOnline
