From 31st March 2025 Coastal Medical Partnership will be introducing 'Rapid Health'. This is a new tool to request an appointment, sick/fit note, updating personal details and travel vaccination requests. Our Phone Service Has a New 'Call Back' Option!
When you use this option, you will hold your place in the queue and we will call you back when it's your turn.
Simply make sure you are available on the phone you called from and you can get on with your daily life, until we call you back.
The system will make 3 attempts to call you back, at intervals of 5 minutes.
Please note: If we reach your voicemail, the system recognises this as a successful attempt and the call back ends. So please make sure your phone's sound is turned up, the number of rings before going to voicemail is enough time for you to answer and Do Not Disturb is switched off.
**Don't forget**
If you are calling to Cancel or Check any appointment, you can do this by calling our number 01425 201111 and press 0 (zero). This automated service is available 7 days a week/24 hours a day. Or, of course, you can use the NHS App, NHS Website or SystmOnline to do this and much more!
