We offer annual health checks for patients with a learning disability. If you are aged over 14 and have a learning disability, we will invite you for your yearly check. This will be with one of our trained health professionals.

The health check may include things such as:

• blood and urine tests
• weight, heart rate and blood pressure checks
• a medication review
• check your vaccinations are up to date

We can also guide you to support services for:

• health
• education
• social care
