All appointment requests* are now being processed online. The system is open 6am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays). Please select and click on the surgery you are registered with (to the bottom of this notice) and your request will be triaged by our new ‘Rapid Health’ system.

Admin requests such as sick/fit note, updating personal details and travel vaccination requests can also be made through this portal.
