Before a home visit, you will receive a phone call from one of our team of clinicians. This could be from a health professional such as a Paramedic, an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, a Nurse Practitioner with Prescribing or a GP. During their phone call to you,  they will decide on the next course of action. If a home visit is agreed, the person calling you will give you an approximate time for the visit.

Note: Visits are not always carried out by a GP
