What Do Business Managers Do?
They lead the management of the Practice as a whole. In particular they line manage the Operations Managers and work with the Partners and local NHS on developing the business to run as effectively as possible for our patients.
What do the Site Operations Managers Do?
They ensure the surgeries runs smoothly and effectively on a day to day basis. They are responsible for core operations and engaging / developing the members of the teams that they manage.
What Does a Digital Transformation Manager Do?
They implement digital technologies to create new or different business processes, products, or services. They strive to improve the quality of patient care through the use of technology.
What Does a PCN Operations and Transformation Manager Do?
They ensure the Primary Care Network (PCN) runs smoothly and effectively. Responsible for core operations, engaging and developing the members of the teams that they manage.
They also work in 'Transformation' project delivery and company strategy.
What Does the Finance Manager Do?
They are involved in financial procedures, manage margins, costs, budgeting and forecasting at the company.
What Does a Premises Operations Manager Do?
They are responsible for ensuring our five sites including fixtures and fittings are maintained to clinical standards. Each building must comply with fire risk assessment, calibration testing, PAT testing, clinical and confidential waste removal. As such, contracts and certificates must be maintained.
