Non-Emergency Patient Transport Service (NEPTS) can provide free transport for patients. If you are unable to use public or other transport due to a medical condition, you may be eligible to use the service.

To make a journey request to NEPTS, please telephone them direct on: 0300 123 9833 (Monday to Friday 9a.m to 5p.m). You will need to answer a series of questions to determine your eligibility.
