Yes. You can self-register when you first want to use the My Medical Record or My Medical Record Website. You will need to create an NHS Account/Login if you haven't already done so for the NHS App/NHS Website. Once registered you can see information relevant to your hospital treatment and care.

Is my personal information secure on the My Medical Record App and My Medical Record Website?

Yes. My Medical Record App and My Medical Record Website are very secure. So no one is able to access your information except you. You’ll need to make sure you protect your login details. Don’t share your password with anyone as they will then have access to your personal information.
